Facebook Story videos: availability and privacy
Stories expire
A Story can expire or change visibility during processing. Submit a link to a specific Story while its source remains publicly accessible. A failed request does not necessarily indicate a problem with your device.
Respect the people shown
Being able to view a Story does not automatically permit downloading, reposting or using someone’s image. Obtain permission where needed. SnapFB does not ask for Facebook passwords or bypass private Story access.
If the link fails
Copy the link again using Share, check the Facebook source and confirm the Story has not expired. Image-only content or videos whose public visibility cannot be verified may be rejected. Never send passwords or cookies to support.
